These terms are an agreement between you and Anderson Group Enterprises Ltd. (“Metreks”, “we”), based in Toronto, Canada, for using Metreks at metreks.com. By creating an account or using Metreks, you agree to them. If you use Metreks for a business, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.
Metreks is in early access. Features may change, and some may be limited to founding businesses. We'll tell you before making changes that significantly affect how you use Metreks. Pricing for founding businesses is agreed with you before anything is charged.
Keep your sign-in details secure and turn on 2-step verification. You're responsible for activity in your workspace, including what people you invite do there. Tell us at security@metreks.com if you think your account has been compromised.
Your business data belongs to you. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve Metreks for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export what you need and delete your workspace at any time.
When you connect Shopify, a bank or another service, you authorize Metreks to read data from it on your behalf. Access is read-only: Metreks never moves money. Those services have their own terms, and their availability isn't in our control.
Metreks keeps books and produces reports and explanations, including through Metreks AI. It doesn't provide financial, tax, legal or investment advice. You're responsible for your filings and decisions; we recommend working with a qualified accountant. Review important numbers before relying on them, especially anything marked provisional.
Don't misuse Metreks: no unlawful activity, no attempts to access other customers' data, no interfering with the service, and no reverse engineering except where the law allows it.
We work to keep Metreks available and your data safe, but we can't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, particularly during early access.
To the extent the law allows, Metreks isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using Metreks and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, and will tell you why when we can.
We'll update these terms as Metreks grows and post the date above; for significant changes we'll tell you first. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
